Jimmy Wayne Collins is well on his way to becoming the next big country music star out of Blackwater, Texas. Jimmy and his older brother Kyle, a rebel, are reared under the watchful eye of their father, local Sheriff, Pete Collins. Jimmy, Kyle and their gang of loyal friends constantly push the envelope in search of high-risk thrills. However, one night they pushed too far and the bonds of family and friendships will be tested. The consequences will haunt the promising young star forever.
